30 Days of Thanks: Day 16

I am thankful for surprises. I'm having kind of a yuck week (yes, already and it's only Tuesday). Maybe in a week or two the events of this week will inspire a humorous blog post but for now, suffice it to say that getting my e-mail hacked was the cherry on top of a bad couple of days. I've been in a funk for the past 48 hours or so. I was in such a mood that I was having a hard time thinking of anything to be thankful for. Sad, I know. This afternoon I opened our front door to find these:


Nathan and Milo sent me flowers! And I also found an encouraging note from a sweet friend. Both of those (and some peach jello that my husband made for me) really helped turn the week around.
