30 Days of Thanks: Day 5

I am thankful for new(ish) friends. Having a baby has changed my life in a lot of unexpected ways. I'm making new friends who have kiddos too and it's lots of fun! Some have kids older than mine, some younger, and that's really a great deal! I can get advice from those who have already been through it, I can reassure (I hope) the ones who are going through something I've already experienced, and I get to know sweet people who I might otherwise have only had a more "surface" (for lack of a better word) relationship with. These women are so much more than just my "mommy friends", they are Godly women who help me grow in my spiritual life, they are good examples, they are accountability partners, and so much more!
